What should I do before my first appointment?
Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out any necessary consultation forms. For hair color appointments, please come with unwashed hair (1-2 days is ideal).
Do you offer consultations?
Yes! We offer complimentary 15-minute consultations for all new color clients and hair extensions.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
